5 large kiwifruits peeled and sliced
1/2 cup simple syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup whipping cream (35%)
1/2 tsp vanilla

In a food processor puree kiwi fruit with simple syrup untill smooth
Add milk, cream and vanilla...pulse till well blended.

Pour into a clean large bowl and refirgerate over night.

Stir milk mixture and transfer to Ice cream maker...freeze following
manufacturer's instructions
