At least there's one helpful response here. I agree with Christine's
suggestion of "organically" raised meats. But also, vegetarian
cookery is richly varied, delicious and healthful - unless loaded with
sat fats of course. I am particularly fond of the foods of the
eastern mediterranean, and central/south asia.
