This works well for the Fed list and verified immediately that
my
phone was registered until September 2008 (despite the promised
response "within five days".) You have to make a few choices and
fill in an e-mail address for the response but it's easy. You
can register more than one number and you are not asked if it is
a cell phone, AFAIK.
