Not according to the Belgians. The Scots have the reputation, but the
Dutch have the reality. The Belgians reckon copper wire was invented
by two Dutchmen fighting over a penny!

But if you're talking *Scotch* [on the rocks], I agree. (Then
again, I've ever tried "Dutch". :-)
