Too bad the Junior League ladies are too lazy to ask their maids and
cooks how to cook. There's nothing wrong with subtituting and
simplifying per se, but when they go this far they really ought to
make up a new name for the kindergarten concoction. Otherwise, some
unsuspecting person might never learn how great the real thing can be.
