I only have to drive 4 miles to find one, but about 15 to find a GOOD
one.

But, considering I've actually driven some of the back roads of Texas,
having to drive 300 miles is not out of the question... It's a big state
and I doubt there are as many butcher shops up North as there are here
in the South.
