I have the Nesco. I got it as a gift. I wanted one with a temperature
control on it because I was trying to do a raw diet. If you're not
concerned about the temperature, then any brand will do. But you might want
to get one that is expandable. I use 12 trays on mine at times. FIL had a
similar one but didn't like it because it wasn't big enough. Not sure if
his was expandable. If it was, he didn't know about buying extra trays.
