Today we're having some reprieve -- although it's 78 at 8:30 am; the high
today here in Winchester, VA is supposed to be only 80.
Well, that's a change!

I get exhaustion very quickly.
Last year I bought one of those 'cowboy' looking (red or blue) scarfs that
is rolled up that you put in water, then wrap around your neck to cool you
off. It's OK.
