Now, in some districts around here, little girls like La Twerp (big
girls, too? Dunno) can't wear skirts unless they're skorts or have
shorts on underneath. Don't want little skivvies showing. I was
shocked when I found out that that was just about all OshKosh makes in
those sizes.
