I just saw that show last night.

Both sides used eggs, iirc.

I don't see eggs adding "creaminess" to mac'n'cheese, rather, scrambled egg
"glue!"

The other problem I've seen is real cheddar cheese when it cools it clumps
and doesn't coat evenly.
