I have already seen many good ideas on this thread. Soups, small
portions of comforting casseroles, quiche are all easy to freeze and
reheat.

You could bring over and freeze some hearty muffins or quick breads.
Those would be easy to microwave or toast. You could make some
homemade hot pocket style freezer sandwiches by rolling out some
biscuit dough, filling with meats, cheese, veggies, folding it over
and crimping it shut, then baking. Creamed chicken or chipped beef
is easy to reheat and eat over toast or biscuits.
