Right now my favorite lunch is Hummus, tazaiki and tomato slice in a
pita. I also have a large jar of gazpacho in the refrigerator. I
also have about 20 pounds of cukes sitting here for someone to do
something with. I am pickled out. I am going to make another batch
of tzaziki today that will take about 1/2 a cuke. I also have several
zucchini and over 100 pounds of tomatoes to start preserving in some
manner or other. Don't think I will get farther than the grocery
store for the next month.
