Andy, you said yourself you "squeezed 'the charmin' out of a loaf. I left
the loaves there to rot." It didn't sound tongue-in-cheek. It sounded like
you did a spiteful, childish thing.

You certainly aren't the first person who has had a favourite item
discontinued by a store (any store). We don't deal with it by pitching
fits. Contact the store manager, who may (or may not) be able to do
something about it. But if they start stocking the item(s) again, don't
have a hissy fit because now you can't eat it.
