I've never had that problem, mainly because I always have so much stuff to
load onto the conveyor belt that I have to sloooooowly load the last bunch
of items (at the very end of the belt), item by item, while the person in
front of me has their stuff tallied up and bagged. Are you not at the very
end of the conveyor when you're emptying your cart? Why is the person behind
you even able to get anything onto it?
