Just because he dislikes uni-taskers does not mean he won't own one when
it's really useful.

You shouldn;t take TV chefs to seriously. After all, they are 98%
entertainment and 2% cooking. Alton is the only one I know of, currently
aired on FoodTV, who actually manages to get some useful cooking info
across. I wish he'd drop the silly stuff, though.
