I would be most, most happy to make you any of those!!! Except right
now it isn't boysenberry season. But the others....

The lemon chess pie is one from Edna Lewis.... The pear mincemeat
tart is a recipe that was in the old Cook's Magazine..before it
evolved into Cook's Illustrated. It was an issue on holiday desserts.
The pumpkin pie is one from James Beard..and is the best pumpkin pie I
have ever, ever eaten.

The banana cream pie...hmm.. I think that was an amalgamation of
various banana cream pies, with the basic one being from one of the
Foods of the World volumes.
