I've never been to a cocktail party where the food was memorable. Most
range from horrid to good.

The menu sounds good overall though. I'd skip the sushi, but that is me. If
your crowd likes it, having a bit may be OK but a full station may be
overkill. . The shrimp shots sound interesting.
